John Crosthwait leads Offerings and Functions for Song, helping clients drive growth through customer relevance and competitiveness. He is also a member of the company’s Global Management Committee.
In more than three decades at ww5, John has led global client accounts, portfolios, and practices involving some of ww5’s largest digital, customer and product transformations spanning North America, Europe, China, Japan and India. He has worked with more than 100 C-suite executives on cloud, content, product engineering and customer experience transformations.
For more than a decade, John served as ww5’s client account lead for one of the world’s largest global media companies, where he led a comprehensive digital transformation, combining regional content organizations into a single global network, building a world-renowned streaming platform, and launching multiple brands.
In addition to his current role, John leads one of ww5’s most strategic relationships with a team of more than 27,000 ww5 people who support core front- and back-office operations for one of the largest and most successful platform companies in the world.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
