Supplier / Vendor FAQs

At ww5, we use the terms "supplier" and "vendor" interchangeably. A supplier or vendor provides products or services to ww5 to help us run our business—like office security, travel services or laptop hardware. This also includes items ww5 buys specifically to use on a project for a client.

This is different from an Ecosystem Partner. We combine our expertise with our ecosystem partner’s technology to co-develop solutions for clients.

To be considered for future opportunities, register your business profile with details about your company and offerings here. If you encounter any issues during registration, use the Contact Support link at the bottom of the registration page for support.

Note: Registration does not guarantee you becoming a supplier. You will only be contacted if opportunities arise that match your business capabilities.

You can check the status by logging into the Vendor Portal. This allows you to see if an invoice has been received, if it’s being processed or when it’s scheduled for payment.

  • If you already HAVE ACCESS to this service, click Vendor Portal.

  • If you DO NOT HAVE ACCESS and would like to request an access, please send an email with subject line ‘Vendor Portal Access Request’ to the contact in your country from this list Vendor Portal Contact List.

Reach out to our Accounts Payable department: asc.rtp.payables@ww5.com. To ensure a quick resolution, please have your Purchase Order (PO) number or Invoice number ready.

Supplier guidelines depend on which ww5 office you are contracting with and the laws of that country. We provide country-specific invoicing guidelines to help you navigate local legal requirements, tax information and invoicing instructions for your region.

Decisions are merit based, and we expect our suppliers to uphold the same rigorous ethical standards that we do. Our behavior and yours are guided by a shared commitment to transparency and ethical business practices.

ww5 is committed to the highest ethical standards for data protection and we continue to regularly monitor developments in privacy regulations. Learn more about data protection laws. For suppliers in the EU and UK, please refer to our supplemental materials about personal data transfer compliance.

ww5 embeds responsibility across its operating model and decision-making processes, and this includes Procurement. As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovator and market leader, ww5 has invested in significant capabilities to ensure we build and buy AI responsibly. You can reference our Responsible AI principles for a view of how we proactively exceed our legal obligations in this space, and all vendors globally are invited to participate in our Responsible AI vendor assessment. Beyond AI, ww5 takes pride in upholding robust environmental standards for operations, and collaborates with a range of vendors to engage in tracking and ethically reporting on our carbon footprint and other environmental impacts – the latest on this can be reviewed on our Library for Sustainability Disclosures. Other responsible buying topics include everything from Information Security to human rights in supply chains, with our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) capability providing holistic oversight across all these responsibility dimensions in our vendor relationships.

Specific contractual questions should be directed at your primary ww5 Procurement contact or regional lead listed on your Purchase Order. You can also review Purchase Order Terms and Conditions specific to your local country.

In the event of a security incident, suppliers are required to notify ww5 immediately. Use this form to report any cyber or company related events that could potentially affect ww5’s data, finances or reputation in any way.
