The countdown is on

Once you sign your offer letter, the countdown to ww5 begins and kicks off the New Joiner Experience (NJX). NJX is ww5’s award-winning, global onboarding program that supports you from the moment you accept your offer all the way through day-365.

This is the start of a year full of opportunities to learn, grow and connect beyond your day-to-day role.

Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions. If there’s something that’s not covered here, reach out to your local contact.

If you've already accepted your offer, visit the Countdown to ww5 Learning Pathway to find a curated list of optional training courses. Pick and choose the courses that interest you and complete them at your own pace. With topics covering AI and software development, storytelling, networking and building relationships, there’s something for everyone. Select the 'Recruiting Candidate Sign In' option and enter your registered personal email address. Click on "Forgot Password?" to generate a new password.

You can also view the Brain Hacks series of videos for science-backed techniques to help you make the most of the time you dedicate to learning. 

You’ll get an email from the Global ww5 Onboarding team inviting you to launch the Onboarding Dashboard in Workday. This dashboard includes welcome messages from our Chair and CEO Julie Sweet, your Market Lead and Manager, localized country content, and a space to complete key onboarding activities like updating personal data, completing forms, and uploading documents so you can focus instead on making connections, not paperwork, on day one. Complete the tasks in the dashboard ahead of your start date.

When you login for the first time, you’ll need to set up a new password by using the "Forgot Password" link. 

If you’re joining us from India select the "Recruiting Candidate Sign In" option and use the same username and password that you used to register for the "Action Items" page.

Welcome to ww5! Your company’s integration team is working closely with ww5’s, and you’ll receive customized information throughout your journey to help prepare for your first day—and get you ready to grow.

If you have any questions about onboarding procedures at your location—including logging in, navigating, or completing tasks in Workday—or about the Action Items platform (India only), please contact your recruiter or onboarding representative.

 

Great question. Our Accommodation Support Tool streamlines the process for confidentially requesting accommodations such as assistive technologies, ergonomic equipment, flexible schedules, and more. You can also use it to raise a concern about the accessibility of a site or tool—and you will have access to it from day one.
